I subscribe to the Disinformation newsletter, because I do not have all the time in the world to surf the site — and I often find myself in places where it might not be best to surf it.

Today, this bit caught my attention:

Now, RU (born Ken Goffman) has long been one of my heroes — ever since the Mondo 2000 days. Also, his work (with co-authors) The Real Cyberpunk Facebook is available as a plain text download via Project Gutenberg. He’s been keeping busy lately, too. He is also a contributor to/co-conspiritor with 10 Zen Monkeys, one of my favorite sites to read when I have time. Boing-boing, the popular web-stop, pretty much owes Ken — ahem, RU — a debt of gratitude, also.

Well, I emailed him and he replied with the speediness only the aether can offer… I will pledge good old American greenbacks (ain’t what she used to be…) and my time for the cause. Hey, man, whatever I can do to fuel The Revolution™.
