Dissecting Emma: An Email Marketing Tool

I’d be interested in seeing a walk-through of this software — to gain a little market intelligence

(NOTE: I find this particularly interesting because I am currently working on a sweet CMS — called Reach — for New Medio. Part of the application is an email marketing/campaign tool, such as this. Emma’s interface is ultra-simple, though, and I like that. Don’t leave the user guessing what to do next! It is ‘self-documenting’ and I bet cuts down on technical support calls. I’ve also worked on another email marketing tool called Xsellerate, for a la mode, so my experience and interest runs deep here…)
